    Trent, what do you use to create the type of opt-in boxes on your site? How do you create a specific size and use an image? Also, how do you add the tick box to subscribe to blog updates below this box? Thanks.

    • Hey Dan,

      The optin boxes in the sidebar and footer were created in Infusionsoft, which just gives me a line a javascript to put into my blog. I created all the images using Keynote, and then use the image as the background when I design the form in Infusionsoft. The subscribe to blog updates is a plugin called Subscribe to Comments Reloaded.
