Using my Video Domination Battle Plan I know that the YouTube community (more like global entity) offers vast opportunity for exponential growth…how could it not with 3 billion viewers?
YouTube provides the domain for which the “Mavens” and the “Connectors” can come together creating an unstoppable catalyst. The Mavens are the information specialists and the Connectors are what bond and help disseminate that information.
I’ll show you how to be the wizard that takes your information or product, using YouTube as your connector, and implementing the Video Domination Battle Plan, which will allow you to create the marketing reaction that explodes your online presence.
When new technologies are introduced, a marketplace curve of consumers is created. The curve contains Innovators, Early Adopters, the Early Majority, the Late Majority and the Laggards.
The huge difference between the companies that fail and the companies that succeed, is that the successful majority realize how to conquer the main gap between the Early Adopters and the Early Majority.
There are five key players that make up the marketplace curve. The Innovators consistantly jump on products at the get-go. The Early Adopters tend to follow the lead of the Innovators, and the Early Majority is where the most money is made, composed of 30% of the market.
The gap between the Early Adopters and the Early Majority is where most marketers remain on the cusp of success, without a bridge to reach the holy grail that is the Majorities (70% in total) and the Laggards (remaining percentage of the market).
If you feel as though you are sitting on the sidelines regarding your sales or online presence, this YouTube battle plan can help you bridge the gap in order to reach the Early and Late Majorities.
Historically companies could reach the Innovators and the Early Adopters, however they were struggling to reach the Early Majority and the Late Majority, where the majority of money is spent.
The key to success is to discover one customer or major venue and focus all marketing efforts on them. Once that customer is successfully reached a breakthrough into the Early Majority is achievable.
I have found that YouTube is a successful catalyst to use in order to cross that moat into the Early Majority and beyond.
Many marketers spread themselves so thin with their focus and the result is weak. YouTube is an incredible venue to focus your marketing efforts in order to not only develop authority and presence, but to create valued and lasting relationships.
Relationships, both with customers and others who are influential in your niche, are key in order to gain credibility, trust, and ground for possible joint ventures in the future.
YouTube is a prime community to invest in and build rapport with; allowing you to gain supreme online presence. For as expansive and massive as it is, your niche should still be viewed as a community…where you want to wave at the neighbors, donate some volunteer time, and plant some roots.
Your YouTube attention will prove grossly beneficial in spreading your influence and therefore your authority throughout your niche. I will show you how sharing great content, providing value, and creating relationships can help you create a positive epidemic and allow you to jump the chasm.
The YouTube Battle Plan provides a tactic to dominate your niche and online presence. It is comprised of four main metrics that when used collectively will victoriously grow your business overall.
The first metric focuses on increasing the number of views each of your videos get.
The second metric emphasizes the number of videos you produce for your viewers to consume on your channel.
The third shows how those views will then be converted into traffic to your site.
And the fourth metric shows how that site traffic will be converted to email subscribers.
Simple math and small adjustments in each of the metrics show a vast increase in outcome percentages.
As we know in the online world, speed is of the essence. The faster you are pumping out videos, the more viewers you will have and in turn the more site visits that will lead to email subscribers and leads.
Using the battle plan I will show you how minute increases can be exponentially powerful overall.
Check out the example chart below (screen shot of chart while you explain?)..Say you begin with metric numbers such as Views per Video: 100, and Number of Videos: 10, that would mean that your videos have 1,000 views (100 x 10). Easy enough right?
Say your Conversion to Traffic was 20%, so 200, and your Conversion to Email Subscribers was 30%, so 60 subscribers.
If we choose a reachable goal and increase each metric by 20%, our numbers drastically increase to- Video Views: 120, Number of Videos: 12, therefore 1,440 Views. Conversion to Traffic increases to 24% and Traffic to leads increases to 36%.
As you can see minor increases can have a huge effect on the amount of traffic; ultimately opening the door to more site traffic and consequently more email subscribers and leads.
Through each module you will learn how these metrics compose the battle plan that will grow your business just as I will use it to grow mine. There’s a lot of pie out there in the YouTube world and I want to get my hands on some pieces, as I’m sure you do too.
The intricacies of the battle plan will be taught right here in these posts and through my YouTube Channel so stay tuned!

Forces Combined

The Tactic
If you feel as though you are sitting on the sidelines regarding your sales or online presence, this YouTube battle plan can help you bridge the gap in order to reach the Early and Late Majorities.
Historically companies could reach the Innovators and the Early Adopters, however they were struggling to reach the Early Majority and the Late Majority, where the majority of money is spent.

YouTube As Your Catalyst
I have found that YouTube is a successful catalyst to use in order to cross that moat into the Early Majority and beyond.

Simple, But Powerful Math
As we know in the online world, speed is of the essence. The faster you are pumping out videos, the more viewers you will have and in turn the more site visits that will lead to email subscribers and leads.
Using the battle plan I will show you how minute increases can be exponentially powerful overall.
Check out the example chart below…Say you begin with metric numbers such as Views per Video: 300, and Number of Videos: 20, that would mean that your videos have 6,000 views (300 x 20). Easy enough right?
Say your Conversion to Traffic was 20%, so 1200, and your Conversion to Email Subscribers was 30%, so 360 subscribers.
If we choose a reachable goal and increase each metric by 20%, our numbers drastically increase to- Video Views: 360, Number of Videos: 24, therefore 8,640 Views. Conversion to Traffic increases to 24% and Traffic to leads increases to 36%. Most importantly total leads increase from 360 to 747…a 108% increase!
From the Minors to the Majors
As you can see minor increases can have a huge effect on the amount of traffic; ultimately opening the door to more site traffic and consequently more email subscribers and leads.
Through each module you will learn how these metrics compose the battle plan that will grow your business just as I will use it to grow mine. There’s a lot of pie out there in the YouTube world and I want to get my hands on some pieces, as I’m sure you do too.

Very good article and thanks for all the great tips. YouTube is free and that’s amazing part about it. I think it’s time for me to create more YouTube videos. According to your table, the more vieos one has on youtube, the more likely it is that someone will view your videos. Is that Correct?
You’re very welcome. And yes, you are correct, more vids = more views.
I like the idea’s presented in your article; I will definitely look into youtbe/video marketing as soon as I can (but time is soo short
)
In my opinion, a 30% conversion from website traffic to leads/ sales is not realistic. 5% already would be awesome!
