I love listening to podcasts, and up to just recently, it was a pain to sync them onto my iPhone because the only way that I knew how to do it was to sync through iTunes.

The problem with that, of course, is that I actually had to remember to do it, which I never seemed to be able to do.

What a pain in the butt!

Thankfully, I’ve recently discovered an app that does all this for me so now all my favorite podcasts are always up to date on my phone so I can listen to them anytime I’m driving, running, or whatever else.

In the video below, I show you exactly how to do it. Hope you like it!

  1. Awesome – I HATE having to sync with my computer every time I want to listen to a new podcast on my iPod. If you don’t mind me asking what are you using to show your iPhone screen for the video – some sort of simulator? Thanks!

    Hi Trent

I recently found an APP called Downcast. Whenever I have WiFi Access, it will check for the newest available Podcast from OnlineIncomeLab and download it! Very easy to use.

Btw. Thank you for all the great Podcasts so far, it really helped me to get started.

    Cheers from switzerland

Downcast will also allow you to stream podcast instead of downloading. It keeps them all in the app in the order they were played. Downcast is the best app! I could only download before into iTunes. It would put them in alphabetical order not by date! Love the cloud!

    Hi Trent

Podcaster may not work with early Iphones (before 10.5), icatcher is a great alternative app.

Thanks for the great content, really pressed my ‘take action’ button.
